Storage Building at West Des Moines, Iowa

Result of optimization: -1,50$ / ft2 ==> -16,4% cost reduction

This building was no actually built after our design. It was rather used as a case study to showcase to the precaster how much cost reduction (or margin increase) would be expected in case of using grooved hollowcore floor instead of conventional hollowcore floors.
